“Class Action Lawsuit Seeks RM60 Million Against Government and WHO for Vaccine Side Effects, Led by Malaysian Doctor”
KUALA LUMPUR: A doctor and seven other Malaysians have taken legal action in the form of a class action lawsuit against the Malaysian government and the World Health Organization (WHO), claiming RM60 million in damages. The plaintiffs allege that they experienced severe health issues, including death, as a result of the Covid-19 vaccination.
Law Firm Files Legal Action on Behalf of Plaintiffs
The lawsuit, filed on October 23 by Messrs Mohamad Zainuddin & Co, involves individuals ranging from 26 to 77 years of age. It names 25 defendants, including Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, the WHO, and other key officials.
Government and WHO Among Defendants
Among the defendants are former prime ministers Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob, as well as various high-ranking officials, such as Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr. Dzulkefly Ahmad, his predecessors, and police leaders.
