Suspect Arrested and Charged
Following a complaint from a 33-year-old local resident, police arrested the 45-year-old suspect, who is a factory worker. Authorities have charged him under Section 428 of the Penal Code and Section 29(1)(a) of the Animal Welfare Act 2015. The suspect is set to appear before the Kulai Magistrate’s Court on February 28.
